Ive got the perfect diet tracker on my laptop, and bought the android tracker2go for my samsung mini galaxy, I’ve set up the dropbox account and have tried to sync several times. The phone carrys out the sync and downloads the information but it is showing on the phone app, I just have the message that I havent entered any information, also I can load the app and go through the various pages but cant close it, I am having to turn my phone off and back on – are these problems to do with my phone or the software?

We are sorry to hear you have had problems. The issue in 99% of Dropbox sync cases is the username. What we would recommend on the Android platform is you delete the app, then reinstall it to start again, then on the first screen select the Dropbox sync option. If you have the latest Tracker2Go version for Android, on the first sync screen there will be a ‘name’ option, and you can tap this to set the username. Make sure you enter the username for the Perfect Diet Tracker, and not your Dropbox account name. You need to enter the name you see and select when logging into the Perfect Diet Tracker. Once you have this, you will then proceed to log into Dropbox to authorise the sync with them and everything should then work.
